Afterwards, talk to Eddie for the program and flexibility that works best for YOU!


We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs. Our standard programs are designed to be ongoing and year-round. We can accommodate athletes who want more extensive training, such as post season, off-season, pre-season and in-season specific training.

* For optimal results, attendance should be 2-3 times per week, although you may attend as often as you like.

We also offer private, one-on-one training and consultation for speed and agility, strength training, nutrition and supplementation, etc. For our more extensive program costs, please contact us to discuss rate in regards to your personal needs.
